Dempsey Resource Management is hiring a Production Supervisor for the Breadline in the Philippines. You will oversee shift operations on bakery production lines, drive output targets, and ensure GMP compliance and real-time quality control.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, and knowledge of HACCP, 5S and labor laws related to shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsabilités

• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines. Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance.
