One Food Group in the Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily woodwork production activities and coordinate a team of workers on-site in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
You will ensure products are fabricated to approved drawings and standards, monitor schedules, control material usage, and drive quality improvements while maintaining safety and housekeeping in the production area. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience
Supervise and monitor daily woodwork production activities.
Assign tasks and manage production workers based on production requirements.
Ensure products are fabricated according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
Check the quality of woodwork products and minimize defects and rework.
Monitor the proper use and consumption of wood, plywood, MDF, hardware, and other materials.
Ensure proper operation and use of woodworking tools and equipment.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Warehouse, and other departments regarding production requirements.
Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
Ensure workers follow company safety, rules, and proper work procedures.
Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of production workers.
Prepare basic production reports and provide updates on production status.
Recommend improvements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in production or manufacturing of woodworks.
Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and work full time on-site.
