Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee smooth operations in the production area, ensuring the right quantity and quality of products at the right time and cost.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Food Science or Engineering, at least 2 years in food manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, and GMP/HACCP certifications. Experience in process optimization and coordination with QA and logistics is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Engineering (preferred Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management)
• At least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Open to roles in non-food manufacturing settings, provided there is a background in machine troubleshooting and familiarity with SAP
• Required GMP and HACCP certification(s)
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)

Responsabilidades

• Implements inventory control procedures to ensure proper material usage.
• Analyzes equipment performance and recommends maintenance; submits job orders to EMD.
• Analyzes production data and implements process improvements for efficiency.
• Executes production schedule and manpower planning.
• Implements monitoring and reporting systems detailing key parameters for processes, equipment and personnel.
• Reviews and ensures timely submission of reports.
• Collaborates with QA, inbound logistics, EMD and HR on related issues.
• Approves leaves and shift changes per company guidelines.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for efficient and smooth low of operations in the Production. The primary Objective is to produce the right quantity and quality of products at the right time and with the least possible cost.

• Implements inventory control procedures to ensure usage of the right amount of materials.
• Analyze equipment's performance and recommends maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Also implements maintenance on machines by submitting job order to EMD.
• Analyses production data and performance and implements improvements in processes and procedures to achieve greater production efficiency.
• Execution of effective production, schedule, and manpower planning.
• Implements monitoring and reporting systems in detailing key parameters for all processes, equipments and personnel related activities.
• Reviews and ensures accurate and timely accomplishment and submission of such reports.
• Works in constant and close coordination with other departments such as but not limited to QA for quality issues, Inbound logistic for material requisitions, EMD for maintenance concerns and HR for manpower related issues.
• Approves personnel requests for leaves, and change of shifts in accordance with set company guidelines on such.

Job Requirements:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Food Science or Engineering course (preferable Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management)
• With at least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Open to roles in non-food manufacturing settings, provided there is a background in machine troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with SAP.
• Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP.
• Must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)
