Job summary

Rapidprinting Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Production Supervisor with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in printing or packaging manufacturing.

You will lead daily operations, motivate teams, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, die cutting), and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a printing or packaging manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes such as offset, digital printing, die cutting, cutting, or digital machines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production personnel to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards throughout the production process.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflow.
• Prepare production reports and recommend continuous process improvements.
