Job summary

QSJ Motors Phil.Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and provide leadership to a production team. You will ensure targets are met, maintain quality, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring output, maintaining equipment, solving production issues, and maintaining accurate production records. Flexibility for overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational/technical in Production, Automotive, Engineering or related field.
• Supervisory experience in production, automotive, manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and workplace safety.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
