Job summary

Lionheart Agrotech in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee daily line operations and technical activities across production shifts. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, and maintain quality records to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.

• Supervise production and technical activity of production lines
• Monitor departmental performance metrics to ensure production requirements are met
• Provide the first level of support for any escalated issue during the work shift
• Coach and counsel employees on performance deficiencies and documents as required.
• Target production plan and output attained.
• Commitment to safety regarding the use of equipment
• To take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company's quality systems, processes and procedures
• Monitor, measure and report on production-related process performance and general issues.
• To have an active role in the company's continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• All employees are responsible for ensuring company resources are used effectively to ensure best operating costs
• Maintaining a high level of timekeeping is of the essence
• Check and ensure the standard operating procedure
• Ensure production target plans are completed.
• Keep records and documents in correct data and traceable.
• Ensure machines and equipment are constantly monitored to prevent hamper operation.
• Observe key performance indicators (KPI) and develop improvement.
• Identify hazards to every process or area of production.
