Job summary

Cosine Industries, Inc. is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, schedule job orders, and ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and problem-solving within a fast-paced plant environment.

The successful candidate will be a licensed Electrical Engineer with proven supervisory experience and excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating across departments to minimize delays and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer with valid licensure.
• Experience as production supervisor or in a lead role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for incoming and ongoing job orders.
• Oversee the entire production operations.
• Plan processes and work schedules to avoid delays and meet due dates.
• Identify production issues, coordinate with departments, and provide solutions.
• Report to higher management if issues affect the company.
• Conduct quality and procedure inspections to prevent reworks.
• Evaluate received Job Orders and shop drawings.
• Assign and release JO’s to the lead man of the production department.
• Monitor materials for production and report potential delays.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of schedules the incoming and ongoing job orders
2. Responsible for overlooking the entire production operations.
3. Responsible for planning the process and work schedule of the production department to avoid overlapping and delays and meet the target due dates on time or ahead of schedule.
4. Responsible for knowing the problem that arises during the production process, coordinating with the department concerned, and giving the necessary solution to the problems which may cause delays to the entire production.
5. Can report directly to the higher responsible department regarding the problem if he cannot find a solution which may affect the entire company.
6. Can conduct a quality and procedure inspection on the ongoing production toavoid reworks and delays.
7. Responsible for the evaluation of received Job Orders (JO) and shop drawings.
8. Responsible for the assignment and release of JO’s to the corresponding lead man of the production department.
9. Responsible for the monitoring of materials needed in production, to report to concerned department in case it will cause delays.

Requirements:
