K-Metart Ent. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a stainless steel fabrication team at our Novaliches site.

You will supervise staff, plan production, monitor quality, and ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a 4-year qualification or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to read layouts and take precise measurements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises staff and assigned operations, reporting to Production Manager.
• Ensures on-time delivery by proper scheduling of activities for projects.
• Enforces health and safety rules across production personnel.
• Sets and maintains quality control standards in line with industry norms.
• Creates production schedules to ensure optimal staffing and smooth production processes.
• Monitors machine operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Oversees production costs and identifies waste reduction opportunities.

We are hiring - Production Supervisor For A Stainless Steel Fabrication Company

We are an established enterprise operating for almost 30 years based in Novaliches, Quezon City. We are a 100% Filipino-owned business, fabricating and manufacturing all kinds of stainless steel products in different parts of the country and abroad.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year Course or equivalent. Undergraduates are welcome with strictly 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Background on stainless steel industry is a huge plus.
• With strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must possess a strong ability to read and understand layouts, and take accurate measurements.
• Familiar with manufacturing standards, functions and procedures.
• Ability to handle and manage multiple employees.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime when operationally required.
• Willing to work onsite in Novaliches, Quezon City, with a possible transfer to Lawang Bato, Valenzuela by 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises staff and assigned operations. Reports directly to Production Manager.
• Ensures that all commitments will be served on time using proper scheduling of all activities involved in serving a certain project.
• Ensures that all health and safety rules are met and followed by all production department personnel and staff.
• Determines quality control standards and ensures adherence to all current industry standards.
• Creates employee production schedules to guarantee optimal staffing levels and a smooth production process.
• Manages and assesses machine operations to ensure productivity and downtime is kept to a minimum.
• Oversees production costs, identifying and correcting waste measures.

Work Hours

Mondays to Saturdays

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
