K-Metart Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Novaliches, Quezon City. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.

Onsite work with potential transfer to Lawang Bato, Valenzuela by 2027. Ideal candidates hold a degree in SCM/Logistics or related field (undergraduates with 2–3 years’ experience welcome).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field is a plus.
• Undergraduates may apply with 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations is required.
• Familiarity with stainless steel products is an advantage.
• Experience in report generation and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Receive, inspect, and manage inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize WMS and MS Office for operations and reporting.
• Supervise and develop a warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Address discrepancies in orders or inventory with problem-solving skills.
• Train staff and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting as needed and sustain a fast-paced environment.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field is a plus.
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply, but with at least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication company.
• Experience with inventory control, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with stainless steel products or similar industrial materials is an advantage.
• Should have experience in report generation and documentation.
• Must be physically fit, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime when operationally required.
• Willing to work onsite in Novaliches, Quezon City, with a possible transfer to Lawang Bato, Valenzuela by 2027.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, such as lifting heavy items (up to a certain weight limit).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Reports directly to Operations Manager.
