Job summary

PHILIPPINES HRE COMPOCRAFT WORKS CORP. is hiring for a Data Entry and Materials Control role in our manufacturing facility. You will log daily output, track raw materials, print and distribute build schedules, and help keep the production line running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 0–2 years in factory/warehouse settings, and can read blueprints or SOPs. This full-time position offers on-site work and opportunities to support quality and shipping

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Log daily output, machine downtime, and scrap rates into ERP systems.
• Inventory Control: Track raw materials and issue stock alerts to prevent production line stoppages.
• Work Orders: Print, organize, and distribute daily build schedules and assembly routing sheets.
• Quality Assurance: Visually inspect finished goods and separate defective items for review.
• Shipping Support: Generate packing slips, print shipping labels, and verify pallet counts.
• Compliance Logs: Maintain safety checklists, equipment calibration records, and cleanroom logs.
• Team Liaison: Relay scheduling updates and material shortages between supervisors and operators.
