The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and a clean, organized workspace, with leadership responsibilities across the production floor and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with machine operation, production processes, and general tools.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Fire Safety and Safety Officer certifications are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise the entire production team.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, workplace safety standards, and proper equipment handling.
• Ability to manage overall plant operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and production activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets.
• Ensure proper machine operation, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
• Monitor production performance and address operational issues promptly.
