Job summary

Private Advertiser in General Trias, Cavite, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure target outputs are met. You will drive continuous improvements, enforce SOPs, and maintain machine/equipment reliability while coordinating with maintenance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in ME/EE/IE/ECE, at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or packaging, and willingness to work extended hours or shifts. Licensed engineer is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE) or Electronics Engineering (ECE).
• Licensed Engineer is a plus.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or packaging or related industry.
• Willing to work extended hours and/or shifting assignments.

Responsibilities

• Hit the set target output of each machine and drive continual improvements to increase production output.
• Implement and uphold the Company's Code of Conduct (COC) and Set Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
• Maintain housekeeping and drive continual improvement activities.
• Reallocate tasks or reschedule production as needed.
• Make immediate decisions and balance with mature reflection during critical moments.
• Improve plant/machine efficiency and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Lead quality meetings with key personnel to discuss quality issues and programs.
• Secure machine functionality and maintain machines in top condition.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for hitting the set target output of each machine and continual improvements to increase production output.

Responsible for general production operation like implementation of Company’s Code of Conduct (COC) and Set Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)

Responsible for general housekeeping and continual improvement activities.

Responsible for reallocating tasks or rescheduling production, when necessary.

Responsible for having an ability to make immediate decisions and time for mature reflection and critical moments.

Responsible for production plant or equipment efficiency, especially when taking technical decisions on a regular basis, whereas in others they may call upon maintenance or other technical staff for backup when necessary.

Conducts Quality Meetings with all key persons in each department/section to discuss quality issues and programs.

Secure the machine functionality and maintain the machine to the utmost condition.

Job Qualifications:
