About the Role: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Cupang plant. The role ensures the smooth and efficient production of quality and safe food products while upholding company standards for safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Ensure achievement of production targets (MTD, QTD, YTD) through effective planning, coordination, and supervision.
Lead day-to-day operations of processing and packaging areas to ensure timely output and adherence to product quality standards.
Monitor machine and equipment efficiency, implement preventive maintenance, and minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with Quality Control and Materials Control teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and material requirements.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Working experience with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and food safety standards is required to effectively manage compliance requirements.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment in accordance with company policies.
Supervise, train, and motivate production personnel to build a competent and engaged team.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
Professional Engineering License is required at the time of application.
Minimum 2-3 years of production supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of CAD applications is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Goal-oriented, innovative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
