You’ll lead a team, develop schedules, implement quality control, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health and safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (5-8 years) as a Production Manager or in a comparable role.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and lean manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve process bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with production management software and data analysis.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

About the role

As Production Manager at Markenburg International Foods Corp.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facility in Marilao Bulacan. Responsible for managing a team of production staff, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of our renowned food products. What you\'re doing

• Coordinate and direct the daily activities of the production team to meet output and quality targets

• Develop and implement production schedules, work processes and quality control measures

• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Manage inventory levels, raw material ordering and logistics to support uninterrupted production

• Lead and motivate the production team, providing coaching, training and performance management

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, share information and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
