Job summary

Enrich Agrifarms Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing activities at our San Manuel, Tarlac site. You will drive production plans, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance and purchasing to meet output targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in production operations with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement.

Job description

What you will be doing

I. Production Operations Management

• Direct and supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted manufacturing processes
• Develop, coordinate, and implement production plans and schedules in alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
• Ensure production goals are achieved by meeting established standards for output, product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Monitor production performance through regular evaluation of key operational metrics and implement timely corrective and preventive actions to address variances
• Analyze productivity and overall manufacturing efficiency

II. Quality and Process Improvement

• Ensure all products consistently comply with established quality standards and customer specifications
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedure (SOPs)

III. Equipment and Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure production equipment operates efficiently

IV. Material and Cost Management

• Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure material availability
• Control production costs through efficient manpower, material, and equipment utilization

V. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and submit production reports, including output, efficiency, downtime, and quality performance

What we are looking for
