Responsibilities

• Staff management, production management and smooth run of production process to achieve established production volume, quality, service and cost.
• Ensures production employees are properly oriented and trained.
• Ensures that the department complies with regulations and company policies.
• Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet labor or plant equipment and/or repair needs.
• Monitors, measures and reports on production related process performance, general issues.
• Ensures good communication is given either verbally or written to all members/staff.
• Maintains housekeeping standards to ensure clean and safe workplace.
• Participates in Company’s monthly inventory count.
• Maintains high standard of professional knowledge and conducts oneself in a professional manner that reflects integrity and respect when dealing with suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors, customers, and other stakeholders of the company.
