Job summary

Niber Technologies in Manila is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our electrospinning facility, driving reliable, high-quality output and strict safety adherence.

You will coordinate production schedules, manage resources, and coach team leaders to maximize performance. You will monitor processes, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, and spearhead continuous improvement across the line to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience in managing plant operations, cross-functional coordination, budgeting and strategic planning.
