Job summary

Hacienda Macalauan, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production & Operations leader to oversee all production of finished dairy goods. You will coordinate with Quality Control and Inventory, and drive maintenance for production lines in partnership with Engineering.

You will manage production planning with input from Marketing forecasts, implement Total Performance strategies, and report issues to Top Management. Additional duties may be assigned by the Production & SCL Manager and Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing services.
• Strong communication, leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Top Management of all production issues of the company.

• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Production & SCL Manager and Plant Manager.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
