• Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related courses
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in manufacturing set-up with emphasis on electric/electro-mechanical knowledge
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
• Supervisory Skills as a Junior Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors activities in production area.
• Checks operation workmanship if they conform with the requirement.
• Checks the availability of materials needed on every section in each work shift during operations.
• Coordinates with Production Planning and Inventory Control regarding Production Schedule and jobs need to be prioritized.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance Department in conducting testing and sampling, and other quality concerns and issues.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Department to ensure machines are in good working condition.
• Coordinates with Human Resource Department regarding additional manpower requirement and other human concerns and issues.
• Discuss Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
