Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Bulacan is seeking a Registered Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising repairs, leading a maintenance team, and ensuring minimal production downtime. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing firm, with knowledge in PLC and safety protocols. This position offers full-time work on-site in Bulacan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in a manufacturing firm, preferably in a feed-mill set-up.
• Ability to supervise maintenance tasks and documentation.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule during rest days and holidays.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance/repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Plan and lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts.
• Minimize production downtime through effective equipment repair.
• Ensures compliance with electrical codes (NEMA, PEC) and GMP.
• Maintains safety standards and housekeeping in the maintenance area.

Job Description

Directly supervises the corrective maintenance/repairs of plant electrical and mechanical equipment/machineries in the shortest possible time, within standard quality of repair, least cost and safety assurance.

• Plans and leads the maintenance team in maintaining the equipment before it falls (Preventive and Predictive Maintenance)
• Repair and maintain equipment in a manner that will minimize production downtime
• Documentation of all activities done by group particularly the performance on a daily basis
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• At least 3 yrs working experience in a manufacturing firm, experience in a feed-mill set-up is an advantage
• With good leadership skills, self-starter
• Knowledge and skills in PLC, low voltage control wiring (AC-DC)
• Understands applicable electrical codes such as NEMA, PEC, SCADA
• Knowledge in safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Willing to work on a rotating schedule, during rest days and holidays
• Willing to be assigned here in Guiguinto, Bulacan
