The ideal candidate has solid experience in manufacturing, proficient in MS Office, and capable of resolving bottlenecks and downtime issues promptly to maintain production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and manage performance effectively.
• Skilled in quickly resolving production bottlenecks and addressing employee concerns.
• Capable of preparing accurate production reports and conducting downtime/root cause analysis.
