Job summary

Telford Svc. Phils. Inc. in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to direct daily production activities and coordinate with subordinate supervisors, customers and management to meet schedules.

You will review schedules, optimize manpower, material and machine utilization, ensure quality standards, and support the Production Manager in resolving issues and preventing delays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities and frequently interacts with the subordinate supervisors, customers and management group
• Ensures decisions are well planned to prevent any additional costs in terms of manpower or any serious delay in the overall commitment and schedules to the customer
• Responsible for maintaining product quality standards
• Establishes and recommends changes on work standards which affect subordinate supervisors performance in terms of achieving goals.
• Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with the established policies.
• Manages utilization of resources such as machine, manpower, materials to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives
• Reviews production schedules and determines work force requirements, monitors production to ensure customer requirements are met
• Assist the Production Manager in resolving production issues and takes preventive or corrective action
