Job summary

Fruitas Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the production team, plan schedules, manage inventories, and ensure output meets demand while controlling overtime.

You will review ingredient orders, monitor performance, maintain logs, and report daily production results; you will guide new personnel on processes and maintain quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Count and document inventories of the necessary ingredients and supplies to be used by production
• Plan and issue the work schedules of production crew to cover all activities but limiting overtime
• Review and submit order of ingredients needed to support the volume of orders
• Lead the production team to achieve goals and objectives of the company
• Lead the production team to achieve efficiency standards or rates
• Guide and assists all new production personnel regarding the dos and donts of the process
• Report any observable malfunction of the equipment or engine
• Receive and summarize the orders from the outlets
• Check performance of the team regarding output and quality of the products
• Maintain an accurate log of production inventories and provide management with daily production reports
• Record monitoring parameters of the products whether finished or in-process.
