Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a decisive, systems-driven Project Management Unit Head to lead our team of Project Managers and own delivery for all current and upcoming projects in our portfolio.

You will establish processes, standards, and pace to ensure builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Direct reporting to the President/CEO, you will guide cross-functional project leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in construction, interior design, fit-outs, event activations, or fabrication builds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Registered & Licensed professional (Architect or Engineer) with COSH/BOSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the Project Management team; assign projects, allocate resources, and set clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee all ongoing builds from turnover through final closeout.
• Build and enforce standard operating procedures, templates, and reporting standards to streamline project execution.
• Review timelines and budgets before rollout; monitor project costs and margins to flag overruns early.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimating, Purchasing, and Production heads to align on capacity and handoffs.
• Conduct site visits on high-stakes projects and serve as escalation point for critical challenges.
• Track team performance using KPIs and present project status reports to leadership.

This Company is an expanding design and build team. We deliver top-tier projects across events, activations, fit-outs, construction, and fabrication.

About the Role

We are looking for a decisive, systems-driven Project Management Unit Head to lead our team of Project Managers and own the delivery of every project in our pipeline. You will establish the processes, standards, and pace that ensure all builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to our highest quality standards.

You will report directly to the President/CEO and lead a dedicated team of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the Project Management team; assign projects, allocate resources, and set clear expectations and accountability.

• Portfolio & Operations Management: Oversee all ongoing builds from initial turnover through final closeout.

• Systems & SOPs: Build and enforce standard operating procedures, templates, and reporting standards to streamline project execution.

• Budget & Cost Control: Review timelines and budgets before rollout; monitor project costs and margins to flag overruns early and implement corrective actions.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Design, Estimating, Purchasing, and Production heads to align on capacity and handoffs.

• Quality & Escalation: Conduct site visits on high-stakes projects and serve as the main escalation point for critical site or production challenges.

• Reporting: Track team performance using KPIs and present project status reports to executive leadership.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: At least 7+ years of project management experience, with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role supervising Project Managers or Engineers.

• Industry Background: Strong experience in construction, interior design, fit-outs, event activations, or fabrication builds.

• Education & Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Registered & Licensed professional (Architect or Engineer).

  • COSH / BOSH certified.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to build systems/SOPs, manage multi-project budgets, and oversee site execution and cost control.

• Soft Skills: Confident communicator, calm under pressure, assertive yet approachable, and capable of leading with accountability.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: ₱32,000 – ₱45,000 per month (based on experience)
