Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Supervisor to join our Binan City, Laguna manufacturing team. The role oversees planning, scheduling and inventory operations to meet customer demand with cost efficiency.

You will coordinate production with procurement and logistics, manage supplier relationships, and lead a team to ensure data accuracy and process discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, inventory control or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning and MRP/JIT principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Monitor and control inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement and manufacturing on demand and timelines.
• Oversee supplier relationships and material delivery scheduling.
• Prepare production and inventory reports for management.
• Supervise inventory staff and ensure compliant procedures.
• Maintain inventory systems and improve data accuracy in planning tools.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
