Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control Specialist to plan production based on Store Orders and ensure supply availability while managing inventory levels and WIP across the site in Calamba, Laguna. The role partners with cross functional teams to translate forecasts into executable release plans and monitor performance against targets.

The ideal candidate has a business degree (Industrial Engineering is a plus), 1 year of production planning exposure in

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a business course; Industrial Engineering degree is an advantage.
At least 1 year experience in production planning in a manufacturing or food manufacturing plant.
Good command of both English and Filipino (Can communicate with divisions, suppliers).
Advanced Excel / ERP / SAP and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Supply Planning: creates and recommends short and long term replenishment plans for items/SKUs; discusses forecast changes and presents scenarios.
Production Planning: releases process orders based on store demand and material availability; manages WIP/FG transfers.
Capacity Planning Alignment: creates and aligns production work orders monthly and weekly with Manufacturing.
Inventory Level Management: maintains buffer levels and safety quantities for WIPs; monitors turnover and ageing.
