Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking a PPIC Manager to lead production planning and supply management, ensuring raw materials and finished goods availability while coordinating long-term capacity and peak demand readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory and production planning, with SAP/Anaplan experience and strong leadership. Hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year business-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, capacity planning, and production planning.
• Proven managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience using SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid work setup).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic production planning and supply management by overseeing forecasts, resolving supply-demand issues, and ensuring product availability at the most efficient cost.
• Managing forecasts, optimizing inventory and warehousing, setting buffer stock levels, and driving continuous improvements through S&OP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor team performance and support the development of employees through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.

Title: Product Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager

The Product Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager is responsible for leading the supply planning activities to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available on time to support the business. He/she is also responsible for coordinating long-term capacity planning, production synchronization, and readiness for peak demand periods by collaborating with cross-functional teams and manufacturing sites.

• Lead strategic production planning and supply management by overseeing forecasts, resolving supply-demand issues, and ensuring product availability at the most efficient cost.
• Managing forecasts, optimizing inventory and warehousing, setting buffer stock levels, and driving continuous improvements through S&OP and cross-functional collaboration.
