Job summary

Rapid Forming Corporation is seeking a Production Planner to drives production requirements, schedules and delivery plans in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Taguig. You will partner with Sales, PMG, Purchasing, Production, Quality and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource use.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree with at least 1 year planning experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4-year program.
• Minimum 1 year in a planning environment, preferably production planning.
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and inventory movement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy with confidentiality.
• On-site work in Taguig City (2nd Ave., Bagumbayan, Bicutan).
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes production requirements based on sales forecasts and orders.
• Creates and maintains production and delivery schedules considering commitments and capacities.
• Collaborates with Sales, PMG, Purchasing, Production, Quality and Warehouse to stay on schedule.
• Monitors and adjusts schedules for unforeseen conditions.
• Identifies delays or issues and develops solutions.
• Participates in planning meetings and provides updates.
• Maintains production records including volume, product types and quality.
• Prepares production reports and informs management of status.
• Oversees inventory levels and places orders as needed.
• Evaluates performance and recommends process improvements.
• Assists in troubleshooting scheduling and logistics challenges.
• Practices 5S to promote safety, efficiency and organization.
• Upholds the company’s image, values and reputation.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
