Darlu Foods Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Production Planning Manager to lead daily and weekly production schedules. You will coordinate with Bakers, Production Staff, Purchasing, and Operations to align plans with manpower, equipment, and delivery requirements.

You will monitor inventories, generate production and inventory reports, and improve planning and workflow processes while ensuring that all products meet quality standards and client specifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production planning, inventory, food manufacturing, or commissary operations.
• Experience in food production (bread and pastries) is required.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and prepare daily and weekly production plans based on branch demand and forecasts.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Coordinate with Bakers, Production Staff, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Ensure production schedules align with manpower, equipment, storage capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor actual production versus planned quantities and adjust schedules as needed.
• Help maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize shortages, overproduction, and wastage.
• Prepare production and inventory reports.
• Establish and improve production planning, inventory control, and workflow processes.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and client requirements.
