Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Planner role based in Carmona. The Production Planner will create, update, and manage production schedules to meet customer orders and internal capacity constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure material availability, machine loading, and on-time delivery. The role involves monitoring work-in-progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, and adjusting plans based on changing demand or operational issues. The Production Planner will analyze production data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to efficiency, utilization, and lead times. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in planning systems and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams and management.
