Job summary

AMCA Finefoods Inc is seeking a Production Planner to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on scheduling and coordinating production activities across Amici and Caramia brands to meet demand and optimize capacity.

The ideal candidate has proven planning experience in food manufacturing or QSR, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to liaise with Warehouse Leaders, Store Managers, and Management.

• Able to handle fast-paced changes and resolve schedule conflicts efficiently.
• Attention to detail and multitasking across multiple brand requirements (Amici and Caramia).

About the role

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Production Planner, Scheduler, or a similar role within a food manufacturing, commissary, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for estimating materials, labor, and capacity.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between Warehouse Leaders, Store Managers, and Management.

• Ability to think on your feet, handle fast-paced changes, and resolve schedule conflicts efficiently.

• Familiarity with inventory management software, MS Excel, or ERP systems used in production planning.

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple brand requirements (Amici and Caramia).
