Job summary

A leading resource management firm is seeking a focused individual to oversee operations and ensure compliance with GMP standards in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a management role within Manufacturing or Production Operations. Responsibilities include setting efficiency targets, monitoring quality, and managing personnel to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in the related field required.
• Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to ensure quality finished goods.
• Support and participate in food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards.
• Oversee daily setup and cleanup of equipment.
• Set schedules and communicate effectively with production teams.
• Manage personnel to increase efficiency and performance.
