Job summary

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko is seeking a Production Assistant to support all stages from pre‑production to post‑airing. The role is on-site in Quezon City and fast-paced, detail‑driven, deadline‑oriented.

You will coordinate shoot logistics, assist with setup, transcriptions, archiving, and ensure materials are complete before airing. This is a project-based, part‑time position with compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, call sheets, and logistics for shoots
• Track all production requirements (permits, releases, approvals)
• Ensure all materials are complete before shoot and airing deadlines
• Assist during shoots with basic audio setup and monitoring, lighting setup and adjustments, equipment preparation and troubleshooting
• Act as runner/problem-solver during live production constraints
• Transcribe interviews, scripts, and relevant segments accurately and on time
• Organize raw and final materials (video, audio, documents) into structured storage
• Ensure all files are clearly labeled, versioned, and retrievable
• Maintain a complete and searchable archive of episodes, permits and releases, case documents, episode data, etc.
• Liaise with the Social Coordinator, production team, other participants of the tv show where appropriate
• Follow up relentlessly on missing documents or incomplete requirements
• Escalate issues early before they affect airing schedules
• This role requires strong ownership, proactive gap identification, and follow-through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
