Qualifications

• Degree in Broadcast Communication or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional TV production experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in production environments.
• Strong organizational and deadline discipline.
• Experience managing production teams.
• Willingness to travel for tapings within and outside Metro Manila.
• Ability to perform under structured deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Full HD camera operations, Adobe Premiere, Scriptwriting and time coding, Spiel directing and camera handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of one (1) 30-minute episode per week.

• Establish and enforce production standards.
• Exercise hiring authority over production staff.
• Structure and develop a high-performing production team.
• Manage and allocate production resources within approved budget ceilings.

• Lead milestone productions, including anniversary specials.
• Be in charge of all production matters of the TV show and foundation.
• Develop a new formula for the 21th Century.
• Lead the longest running public service TV show.

About Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko is the longest-running public service television program in the Philippines, serving communities through medical assistance, guidance, and social impact.
As we enter our next era, we are strengthening our production governance, standards, and systems to ensure long-term excellence.
We are seeking a Head of Production who will elevate weekly broadcast quality while building long-term production discipline and structure.

The Mandate

This is a working leadership role combining strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
The Head of Production will:

• Lead the production of one (1) 30-minute episode per week
• Oversee pre-production, taping, and post-production workflows
• Establish and enforce production standards
• Exercise hiring authority over production staff
• Structure and develop a high-performing production team
• Manage and allocate production resources within approved budget ceilings
• Recommend equipment and workflow improvements
• Ensure all episodes meet broadcast-ready technical standards
• Lead milestone productions, including anniversary specials
• Be in charge of all production matters of the TV show and foundation
• Develop a new formula for the 21th Century
• Lead the longest running public service TV show

Engagement Structure

• Output-based compensation
• Php 8,000–10,000 per completed episode
• Equivalent monthly range: Php 35,000–42,500
• Renewable based on performance

This is a deliverable-based engagement. Compensation is tied to completed broadcast-ready output.
