Job summary

Austal Philippines is seeking a Production Material Planner to ensure materials align with the Production Integrated Schedule, enabling timely availability of the right materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating MTO, resource allocation, survey schedules, and productivity monitoring, plus overseeing stores, scrap, hazardous materials handling, inspection and warehousing. Requires 2–3 years in shipbuilding or related scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering or related courses.
• Formal training in ship building, construction projects or related.
• Formal technical qualifications.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferable in a variety of Ship building or construction roles.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in related scheduling (e.g. shipbuilding).
• Proven skills (scheduling, resource management, planning etc.).
• Ability to take lead and act as part of a team.
• Highly PC literate – Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel.

About The Role

About the job Production Material Planner
