Job summary

Austal Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor (Fabrication) to lead and motivate tradesmen, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality fabrication work in line with project plans and budget.

You will interpret technical drawings, develop daily/weekly task plans, conduct toolbox meetings, monitor labour and material usage, and uphold HSE standards while promoting teamwork and Austal's values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course or degree. (Trade course is an advantage)
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in shipbuilding or manufacturing
• Hands-on technical know-how in trade-specific drawing interpretation
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office and able to interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and first aid (preferred)

About The Job Production Supervisor (Fabrication)
