Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course or degree (trade course advantageous).
• Hands-on technical know-how in trade-specific drawing interpretation.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in trade-specific shipbuilding.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and first aid preferred.

• Lead toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with HSE protocols (JSEA, PPE, Permits).
• Monitor labour and material usage, reduce rework, and promote cost-efficient operations.
