Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior production leader to supervise the manufacturing of absorbent glass material for AGM battery production in Bulacan. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in leadership, with hands-on experience in high-volume, shift-based operations.

You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Engineering, manufacturing, or related degree required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, preferably AGM or lead-acid battery production.
• 5+ years in production leadership or managerial role overseeing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of AGM battery manufacturing processes and documentation from Product/Process Engineering.
• Proven track record of building teams, coaching supervisors and driving performance.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and shift-based management.
• Strong safety, compliance and analytical skills.
• Open to expatriates; willing to work in Bulacan, Monday–Saturday.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in lead-acid or Absorbetn Glass Materials battery production.
• At least 5 years in a production leadership or managerial role, with direct experience managing large, multidisciplinary production teams.
• Working knowledge of AGM battery manufacturing processes, sufficient to enforce documented specifications and work instructions issued by Product Engineering and Process Engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of managing people - building teams, coaching supervisors, and driving workforce performance and accountability.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations and shift-based production management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve production efficiency.
• Open to expatriates
• Willing to work in Bulacan, Mondays to Saturdays
