Qualifications

• BS in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of farming experience with 3+ years in a managerial role; export operations experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with international food safety certifications.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary field teams.
