Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Courses.
• 5+ years managerial experience in printing/manufacturing or flexible packaging preferred.
• Familiar with ISO documentation processes and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee day-to-day production activities.
• Align production with sales and customer requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service.

Job description

General Responsibility

The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production and planning within the company. He plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales’ customer requirements. Moreover, the Production Manager performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service, and establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and customer representative (Sales) and is responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Courses

• At least 5-years Managerial experience gained from Printing Manufacturing Industry or Flexible Packaging Industry preferred

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, FSSC and experience implementing ISO documentation processes

• BOSH, HACCP, cGMP or FSSC Training a definite advantage

• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); proficient in Word and PowerPoint preferred

• Solid judgement along with decision making skills

• Knowledgeable with team building techniques

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

• Can motivate different personality within the department

• Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
