Job summary

McKenzie Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a Production Manager for its Deparo, North Caloocan plant in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on planning and organizing production schedules, budgeting, cost control, process improvements, and people management to hit production targets. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications), preferably licensed, and demonstrates strong written and spoken communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as Production Manager in food/bottling or personal care/home care manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement; Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus
• Engineering degree with licensure preferred

Job description

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Production Manager in a food/bottling or personal care/home care manufacturing plant, responsible for all facets of production management: planning and organizing production schedules, assessing resource requirements, creating a budget, controlling costs, improving work processes, and managing people to ensure that production goals and targets are met.
• With demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma certifications are a plus
• Graduate with an Engineering degree - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications, preferably licensed
• With excellent oral and written communication skills, highly proficient in MS Office
• Must be willing to be assigned to the plant located at Deparo, North Caloocan
