Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

• Plan and control production schedules, manage output and costs, and optimize equipment efficiency.

Quality Management

• Maintain quality standards, reduce defects through root cause analysis, and ensure ISO compliance.

Human Resources & Organizational Management

• Lead, train, and develop staff while managing performance, safety, and workplace conditions.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with equipment, chemical, and legal regulations.
• Improve productivity, control costs, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Technical Focus:

The role requires knowledge and experience in:

• Metal processing
• Optical (lens) manufacturing
