Product Manager

This is a full‑time role for a Production Manager, based in Cebu, The Philippines. The Production Manager will oversee all production operations, including planning, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and target output
• Lead and supervise production personnel across all manufacturing functions
• Ensure compliance with company production standards and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other departments to address operational concerns and improve workflow
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Production Management or Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Strong Team Management skills to lead and develop multi‑functional teams
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to effectively manage costs and resources
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
• Proven track record of ensuring product quality and timely delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments
• Experience in the sauna or manufacturing industry is a plus
