Job summary

Techcareers Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager on-site in Bulacan. You will oversee daily workflows, refine extrusion processes, and ensure safe, efficient operations while coordinating with warehousing for smooth material flow.

You will lead production supervisors, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with SAP-based planning and reporting. A strong engineering background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• 5+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing.
• Strong extrusion processes expertise.
• Hands-on SAP experience for production & material tracking.
• Solid inventory control and warehouse management with strong analytical skills.

Job Description

• Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Direct production activities with a specialized focus on refining extrusion processes, improving yield, and minimizing material waste
• Manage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods in close coordination with warehouse operations to ensure steady material flow
• Monitor production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP for comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background and practical experience in extrusion processes (a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management, paired with strong analytical capabilities to solve operational challenges.
