Job summary

Techcareers Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager on-site in Bulacan. You will oversee daily workflows, refine extrusion processes, and ensure safe, efficient operations while coordinating with warehousing for smooth material flow.

You will lead production supervisors, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with SAP-based planning and reporting. A strong engineering background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• 5+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing.
• Strong extrusion processes expertise.
• Hands-on SAP experience for production & material tracking.
• Solid inventory control and warehouse management with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize efficiency.
• Direct production activities focusing on refining extrusion, improving yield, and minimizing waste.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with warehouse coordination for steady material flow.
• Monitor production KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and shop-floor staff to foster high performance.
