Qualifications

• 3-year technology degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• 2+ years in production support role

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incident tickets and provide first-level support on Production application issues.
• Provide quick fixes on Production issues if available.
• Log the sequence of events and update the status of incident tickets.
• Prepare related documents and reports for all incidents.
• Escalate incidents to the next level of support when needed.
• Collaborate with other TDS staff to resolve complex issues.
