Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a Production Support professional to monitor and verify incident tickets, provide first-level support for production application issues, and implement quick fixes when possible. The role requires documenting incident sequences, updating ticket status, and preparing reports for all incidents.

The candidate will escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with TDS staff to resolve complex problems while staying current with the latest trends and technologies

Formación

• 3-year technology degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• 2+ years in production support role
