Job summary

STORE ONE INC is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage purchase orders, line up weekly on Monday and Wednesday, and coordinate with carpentry, upholstery, welding, marble, and other teams to track production timelines.

You will forecast material needs with the stock man, assign contractors, monitor progress, and ensure health and safety while delivering daily production reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/production coordination desirable.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive POs and verify details with Account Officers.
• Create weekly line-ups on Monday and Wednesday with teams.
• Coordinate with carpentry, upholstery, welding, and other teams.
• Forecast material needs with the stock man.
• Distribute POs to contractors and ensure line-ups.
• Set deadlines for contractors and monitor progress.
• Track progress and monitor excess materials.
• Maintain maintenance and repair tracking sheets; list tools.
• Ensure warehouse health and safety and cleanliness.
• Report rejected items weekly on Wednesday.
• Schedule extra manpower for deliveries when needed.
• Oversee runners and courier coordination.
• Source contractors for upholstery, varnishing, and carpentry.
• Send daily production reports.
• Quality checks: color, texture, routing of wiring, items with gliders, alignment.

1. 1. Receiving Purchase Order from Account Officer.
2. 2. Create line up every Monday and Wednesday.
   1. a. Close coordination with Account Officers on details of Purchase Order.
   2. b. Disseminate job orders to Carpentry, Upholstery, Welding Team, Marble, Varnishing Team, Ukit.
   3. c. Track & monitor production timelines for each purchase order.
3. 3. Line up for the materials like wood, fabric, stainless steel, and coordinating with the stock man for forecasting of materials.
4. 4. Give Purchase Order and do the line up for contractors, varnishing, upholstery, welding team, marble, and Lougi.
5. 5. Give the deadlines for contractors.
6. 6. Monitoring the progress of the items.
7. 7. Monitoring of excess fabric and retaso wood.
8. 8. Monitor maintenance and repair tracking sheet.

9. 9. Ensure health and safety standards are met.
   1. a. Checks & ensures warehouse cleanliness.
10. 10. Reported rejected items weekly every Wednesday.
11. 11. Assign and scheduling extra manpower for delivery if needed.
12. 12. In charge of the runners.
13. 13. In charge of looking for contractor for upholstery, varnisher, and carpentry.
14. 14. Sending report for production update every day.
15. 15. Additional Quality Check list:
    • - Review and approve the color, based on the final draft or amendment.
    • - Final review and approval of Texture Option (Smooth/Rough)
    • - Checking proper routing and installation of electrical wiring.
    • - Making sure needed items has glider before delivery.
    • - Drawer and Cabinet door alignment.
    • - The Production manager shall collect all drafts from the runner and affix their signature.
