Job summary

So-En Garments Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced production leader to oversee garment manufacturing. The role focuses on achieving the Master Production Schedule, ensuring quality output and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree or equivalent in engineering, quality management, logistics, or business.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in garments.
• Strong decision-making and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven background in production planning and process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage production activities to fulfill Master Production Schedule and meet sales demand on time.
• Direct the production department ensuring methods and procedures meet company standards.
• Maximize resources by securing adequate workload for the production line.
• Oversee performance of the Production Department ensuring methods and procedures meet guidelines.
• Ensure smooth production operations and product quality.
• Ensure availability of materials needed for production.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering course, Quality Management, Logistics, Business course or equivalent.
• Candidate must have 5 years experience in Manufacturing particularly in Garments Industry
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

• Can manage teams and ensure timely production schedules
• Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Manages production activities using available resources to accomplish Master Production Schedule (MPS) and to serve Sales demands on time.
• Directs production department making sure that work methods and procedures used are accordance with company standards and production guidelines
• Maximize all resources by securing adequate and continuous supply of work load to production line;
• Oversee performance of the whole Production Department ensuring methods and procedures used is in accordance with company standards and production guidelines.
• Responsible for the smooth running the production and the quality output.
• Ensure availability of materials needed for production.
