Job summary

A recruitment outsourcing company is seeking a Junior Supervisor for their manufacturing setup in Bulacan, Philippines. Responsibilities include overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating between departments. Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in manufacturing set-up.
• Supervisory experience as a Junior Supervisor.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience.
• Supervisory Skills as a Junior Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors activities in production area.
• Checks operation workmanship if they conform with the requirement.
• Coordinates with Production Planning regarding Production Schedule.
• Coordinates with Production Planning and Inventory Control regarding Production Schedule and jobs need to be prioritized.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance Department in conducting testing and sampling, and other quality concerns and issues.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Department to ensure machines are in good working condition.
• Coordinates with Human Resource Department regarding additional manpower requirement and other human concerns and issues.
• Rates department personnel in Performance Evaluation.
• Discuss Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
